Description
This 25mm flush-fit visibility stud is manufactured from high-quality brass and features a smooth, flat surface. Measuring 25mm in diameter and 4mm in height, it can be recessed into a surface to create a flush visual marker or installed slightly proud where additional tactility is required.
Its flat face can be engraved with logos, symbols, numbers or other markings to communicate information or identify a defined area. When specified with suitable visual contrast, the stud may also help partially sighted pedestrians recognise a boundary or change in level.

The stud is manufactured from high-quality brass, providing a warm metallic finish suitable for contemporary and traditional settings.
Brass naturally develops a patina as it weathers. It can be left to age as part of the intended appearance or cleaned and treated regularly to retain a brighter finish.

Design
The flush-fit visibility stud features a smooth, flat face and straight edges. Its 4mm-deep head allows it to be recessed flush with the surrounding surface or installed slightly proud, depending on the required visual and tactile effect.
The 25mm face can also be engraved with:

Installation
This stud is installed using the drill-and-resin method:
- Mark the required position.
- Drill a hole or recess suitable for the fixing and required installed height.
- Remove all dust and debris from the hole.
- Apply a suitable epoxy resin.
- Insert the stud and remove any excess resin.
- Allow the resin to cure fully before reopening the area to traffic.
Curing times vary between products and environmental conditions, so always follow the resin manufacturer’s instructions.
